12月16日,“寻迹蜀道风起三国”全球名人蜀道行活动启动仪式在四川成都举行。本次活动为期5天,以“蜀道”为主题、“三国”为切口,邀请19名海外的网络名人来到四川采风创作,向世界展示蜀道的深厚底蕴和三国历史文化。
OnDecember16th,thelaunchceremonyofthe"TracingHistoryalongtheShuDao,WheretheWindsoftheThreeKingdomsRise"GlobalDistinguishedFigures'JourneyalongtheShuDaowasheldinChengdu,Sichuan.Theeventspans5days,withthe"ShuDao"asthecentralthemeandthe"ThreeKingdoms"asitshistoricalfoundation.19internationalcelebritieshavebeeninvitedtoSichuantogathermaterialforcreatingcontent,whilealsoshowcasingtheprofoundheritageoftheShuDaoandtherichhistoricalcultureoftheThreeKingdomstoaglobalaudience.
本次活动由四川省广播电视局、四川日报报业集团主办,四川国际传播中心、北京快手科技有限公司承办。四川省广播电视局局长李晓骏,四川日报报业集团董事长、四川日报社社长陈岚,北京快手科技有限公司副总裁刘震等嘉宾出席启动仪式,来自日本、韩国、墨西哥、巴西等国的网络名人,省市级媒体记者代表,四川出海企业代表共聚一堂,共同开启这场文化探索之旅。

记者现场了解到,本次参加活动的19位海外网络名人及创作者包括@Sakae_kiko、@山根之旅、@ddihye、@MaxYNoelia、@杨小溪等,海外总粉丝量破千万。网络名人们将于12月16日—20日走进成都、德阳、广元、南充,探访三星堆博物馆、昭化古城、翠云廊和剑门关等地,这些地方不仅承载着丰富的历史文化,也是蜀道文化和三国文化的重要载体。海外网络名人将通过体验蜀道,畅聊三国,深入了解中华文明,增进彼此友谊。

近年来,四川省广播电视局致力于提升国际传播能力建设,聚焦“三国三苏三星堆,非遗蜀道大熊猫”等题材,通过打造“百部川扬”“神秘蜀韵”“拍在四川”等国际传播和视听服务品牌,积极整合全球创作力量与渠道资源,利用短视频、微短剧、新视听等载体,有效传播中华文化。今年5月27日,第九次中日韩领导人会议决定将2025-2026年定为中日韩文化交流年。在此背景下,四川省广播电视局联合四川日报报业集团,开启“全球名人蜀道行”,采用“政府+媒体+企业”合作模式,邀请海外创作者深入四川,搭建四川视听行业的海外“创作者伙伴群”,孵化以“蜀道”为主题的优质海外视听内容,不断扩大“蜀道”名片国际知名度,为全球视听创作者、地方文旅、乡村振兴及出海企业提供交流合作平台。

本次活动的一大特色,是政府搭台,媒体助力,最大限度发挥海外名人的创作力与影响力。四川国际传播中心拥有2本国际传播期刊、3个国际传播网站,近百个海外社交媒体账号,覆盖海外用户超过2000万,海外传播量破50亿。中心依托自身特色优势,搭建创作者平台,以内容合作、版权签约、线上策划、线下活动等方式,链接超过740名海外博主。本次活动,四川国际传播中心将进行全程报道,并与海外网络名人联合创作,在海外社交平台与大V互动,形成传播合力。

本次活动的另一个特色与全球短视频和直播平台快手深度合作,同时通过北京大学融媒体中心邀请北大外籍留学生进行精品的“蜀道”主题创作。快手2024年第三季度的平均月活跃用户也达到了7.14亿,2021年公布的海外月活达到1.8亿,通过在全球范围内发起内容创作挑战赛,快手将推动活动内容更好地触达不同国家和地区的海量用户。与此同时,北京大学的教授和留学生们也将参与到视频创作中,探索蜀道上的历史故事和文化遗迹。
Anotherkeyfeatureofthiseventisthedeepcollaborationwiththeglobalshortvideoandlive-streamingplatformKwai.Inparallel,theConvergenceMediaCenterofPekingUniversityhasinviteditsinternationalstudentstocreatehigh-qualitycontentfocusedonthethemeofthe"ShuDao."Asofthethirdquarterof2024,Kwaiboastsanimpressive714millionmonthlyactiveusers,withoverseasmonthlyactiveusersreachingupto180million,asannouncedin2021.Bylaunchingaglobalcontentcreationchallenge,Kwaiwillpromotetheevent’scontent,ensuringitreachesavastaudienceacrossdiversecountriesandregions.Atthesametime,professorsandinternationalstudentsfromPekingUniversitywillalsoparticipateinvideocreation,exploringthehistoricalstoriesandculturalrelicsalongtheShuDao.
本次活动期间,海外网络名人将通过拍摄Vlog、微纪录片、创意短视频和直播等形式,创作丰富多彩的网络视听作品,并在YouTube、Facebook、Instagram、Kwai、SnackVideo等国际社交平台发布,向全球观众展现蜀道的自然美景、历史遗迹和民俗文化。活动将为国内外创作者搭建创作平台,并结合海外社交平台,不断扩大四川的国际知名度与影响力。
Duringtheevent,overseasinternetcelebritieswillproduceavarietyofonlineaudiovisualcontent,includingvlogs,micro-documentaries,creativeshortvideos,andlive-streaming.TheseworkswillbepublishedoninternationalsocialplatformssuchasYouTube,Facebook,Instagram,Kwai,andSnackVideo,showcasingthenaturalbeauty,historicallandmarks,andfolkcultureoftheShuDaotoaglobalaudience.Additionally,theeventwillestablishacreativeplatformforbothdomesticandinternationalcreators,integratingitwithoverseassocialplatformstocontinuallyexpandSichuan’sinternationalreputationandinfluence.
